Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS), a CMYK print PDF with text converted to outlines, transparent PNGs in several sizes, a JPG, and a favicon. Fix & Vectorize and Brand Pack also include black, white, and one-color versions.
Once the invoice is paid, you own the final redrawn files and can use them for any commercial purpose, and we keep no rights to your logo. We only work on logos you own or have the right to use, and we cannot redraw another company’s logo. Copyright for AI-generated artwork is unsettled: in the US, purely AI-generated material generally cannot be copyrighted, and rules differ by country. Our hand redraw adds human work, but we cannot guarantee that you can register copyright or a trademark. This is not legal advice, so check with an IP attorney before you register your logo.
Turnaround depends on the package: Vectorize 1-2 business days, Fix & Vectorize 2-3 business days, Print-Ready Brand Pack 3-5 business days. The clock starts once we confirm scope and price. Each revision takes about 1 business day. Optional: rush delivery is available for an extra fee.
We review your file before we quote, so there are no surprise charges. Logos with fine detail, many gradients, textures, or illustration-heavy artwork take longer. If yours is complex, we will tell you the price or extra fee up front and may offer two options: a faithful redraw, or a simplified version that prints and stitches better at small sizes. If the image is too low-resolution to recover, we will say so before we start, and you can send a better file or receive a full refund.
We accept payment through PayPal. Prices are in USD. You pay only after we confirm scope and price, with full payment upfront or 50% upfront. We will send the PayPal invoice.
